Coronavirus: Kwara warns against self-medication

Kwara state government has warned residents against self-medication and ensure they take the patient to the hospital for proper medical attention to prevent the outbreak of Corona Virus in the state.

The state Commissioner for Health Dr Raji Rasaq gave the advice while speaking with newsmen in Ilorin.

According to him, it is the only expert that can diagnose the actual ailment a patient contracted.

Dr Rasaq urged the residents not to panic when they come across anyone with symptoms of the ailments.

He also appealed to the residents to ensure they maintain good personal hygiene.
