While it is a known fact that KWASIEC has announced 26th October as the scheduled date for Kwara local government elections, it is also a fact the Kwara All Progressive Congress is contensting that date among all other issues.

It is also a fact that all the above facts are before the factionalisation of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

Please I wish to ask the following questions.
(1) which of the factions are the opposition parties contesting against?
(2) which of the factions of PDP is the Ajidagba led KWASIEC recognising?
(3) per adventure Ajidagba is recognising the Baraje faction, what is the stand of the old PDP in Kwara State/

I am calling on all stakeholders concerned to please speak out or take necessary actions before perceived illegalities are legalised and then asking the judiciary to intervene. Please let all that are concerned take proactive action before another legal logjam is imposed on the Nigerian judiciary.
