APC Is One Family: Yahaya Seriki Calls for Calm, Distances Support Base from Reported Protest
The attention of our principal, Ambassador Abdulfatai Yahaya Seriki, MFR, has been drawn to reports published by Just Event Online and some other online media platforms regarding a protest allegedly staged by certain aggrieved youths over recent political developments within the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kwara State.
While Ambassador Yahaya Seriki deeply appreciates the overwhelming show of solidarity, loyalty, and confidence consistently expressed by youths, women, elders, and party faithful across the state, he believes strongly that this moment requires wisdom, calmness, restraint, and absolute faith in the internal mechanisms of our great party.
For the avoidance of doubt, Ambassador Yahaya Seriki respectfully distances himself, his political family, and support structure from the reported protest activities and any form of action capable of generating unnecessary tension, disunity, or negative public perception about the APC.
Our principal remains a loyal, disciplined, and committed party man who firmly believes that the strength of the APC lies in its unity, internal cohesion, and ability to resolve issues responsibly as one political family.
He has absolute confidence in the leadership and institutional capacity of the party from the state leadership to the national hierarchy, believing that the party's leaders are experienced, responsive, and fully conscious of what is necessary for the collective interest, stability, and future of the APC in Kwara State and beyond.
Ambassador Yahaya Seriki therefore passionately appeals to his supporters and party faithful across the state, especially the youths, to remain peaceful, orderly, law-abiding, and focused on preserving the image, integrity, and unity of the party at all times.
This is not a moment for division, hostility, or actions capable of overheating the polity. Rather, it is a moment for political maturity, patience, consultation, and responsible leadership.
The APC remains one united family, and every genuine concern should be approached within the framework of constructive engagement, mutual respect, and party supremacy.
