Date: 2014-05-08

The Kwara State Police Command has said that the command is winning the war against crimes and other forms of criminality in the state.

The Kwara State Commissioner of Police, Mr Ambrose Aisabor, stated this in Tanke, Ilorin during a familiarization tour to ‘F’ Police Division and Tanke community.

According to him, since his assumption of office few months ago, the command has smashed about twenty dangerous armed robbery gang terrorising the state and its environs.

Speaking on the 2015 general election, Aisabor again debunked the rumour going round of his support of a political party in the state, noting that his posting to Kwara State was a routine without any bias.
