Accompanied by the Secretary to the State Government, Isiaka Gold, and other government officials, the governor was led by Engr Kola Shittu, the consultant handling the project.

He expressed satisfaction with the level of work done on the project and commended the contractor and consultant in charge.

The governor also assured that funding for the project will continue accordingly in line with the payment pattern of the State Infrastructure Development Fund.

Engr Shittu disclosed that the project is at 45% level of completion, adding that by June, work on the Oyun Bridge would have been completed.
