Date: 2015-04-16

The forum of General Managers in Kwara government owned parastatals has congratulated Senator Bukola Saraki on his well deserved victory as a second term senator in the recently concluded National Assembly election.

A statement signed by the Chairman and Secretary of the forum, Alhaji Abdullateef Adebowale Adedeji and Alhaji Abdulrazaq Adebayo respectively said "We are least surprised considering your impressive and enviable track record of unbeatable performance in private and public service all for humanity, state and the fatherland in general.

"We are proud of you that as our Ambassador, you have not disappointed us, your admirers, well wishers and the state as a whole as you have registered Kwara on the political map of Nigeria with the success recorded in the liberation struggle for change.

"It is noted that through your leadership, APC cleared all the 24 state House of Assembly seats, the House of Representatives seats, the three Senatorial seats and the Governorship in the state".

"Inshallah Sir, the Senate presidency is yours as Allah has never failed us in Kwara State political history because the kingmaker of Kwara politics, late Baba Saraki was the Senate leader in the second republic and so shall it be for you as senate president", the statement added.
