The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP ) Kwara State Chapter would on Saturday, October 12, this year flag off her Local government Election Campaign in Ilorin, the Kwara State Capital.

The official Flag off  which would be presided over  by the leadership of the Party which include Senator Abubakar Bukola Saraki; (CON) Governor AbdulFatah Ahmed and the State Chairman, Hon. Ishola Balogun Fulani, would kick start the campaign by all candidates across the 15 local government areas of the state.

The State Chairman,Hon Ishola Balogun Fulani  who announced this at a stakeholders meeting held at the State Secretariat of the Party said the Flag off campaign  is to be attended by all stakeholders  from all the 15 local government areas .

Expected at the epoch making ceremony  include  members of the National and State Assemblies, all incumbent Local Government Council Chairmen and Councillors, Members of the State Executive Council as well as all political office  holders , women groups and associations , various youths groups and forums, party stalwarts , party elders , supporters as well as  admirers of the party.

Ishola explained that after the official flag off, all the 15 local government participating in the election would be  expected to immediately commence their own campaign in their various local government areas.

The flag-off would take place  at Baboko Community Secondary School, Ilorin beginning from  10am.
