Ilorin NW House of Assembly Seat: ACN floors PDP at Appeal Court

The court of Appeal sitting in Ilorin this morning declared the 2011 House of Assembly election of Ilorin North West Constituency inconclusive. The court set aside the judgement of the second tribunal that heard the matter. The judgement of the first tribunal that ordered a re-run election at Oloje and Alanamu wards was upheld. The litigants are Alhaji Abdulfatai Salman Bakini of PDP and Kayode Abdul Aiyelabegan of ACN.
