Date: 2021-03-01

Kwara United are back on top of the NPFL standings after a 1-0 home win over Warri Wolves, while Katsina United have been drawn into the relegation dogfight following the loss at Lobi Stars and Abia Warriors win over Wikki Tourists.

Kwara United now have 25 points from 13 matches thanks to Stephen Jude's first half match winner against Warri Wolves in Ilorin today.

Enugu Rangers leapt to second place on the back of a 2-0 home win over Heartland in an 'Oriental Derby'.

They have 23 points, same as Enyimba, who were held to a scoreless draw by Jigawa Golden Stars.

At the wrong end of the table, Katsina United fell 2-1 at Lobi Stars and are now 17th in the standings with 14 points after Abia Warriors beat Wikki 1-0 to move away from the drop zone.

FC Ifeanyiubah held Plateau United to a 0-0 to remain in relegation trouble, so too bottom club Adamawa United, who held Sunshine Stars to another barren draw in Akure.
