APC IFELODUN adopts report of its probe panel

...Appoint new leaders

The suspended Chairman and his Vice of the All Progressives Congress APC in Ifelodun Local Government Area of Kwara State, Mohammed Shillo Awobimpe and his Vice Mallam Baba Malik have been relieved of their appointment with immediate effect.

The development followed the sunmission of its report by the probe panel set up to investigate financial mismanagement and anti-party activities leveled against them.

Members of the party at a meeting after extensive deliberation unanimously accepted and adopted the report following a motion moved by Comrade John Ajiboye and seconded by Mallam Aliu Mohammed.

They urged leaders and Executive of the Party to replace the two officers with a more democratic, virile and diplomatic members of the Party.

Following the development, Honourable Abdullateef Quadir was elected as the new Chairman while the position of the Vice went to Mallam Nasiru Bello.

The meeting was attended by APC Executives, Ward Chairmen, leaders and stakeholders.

The Mr Shogo Oluwabiyi 9 member probe panel was set up on the 6th October, 2019 following report of alleged financial mismanagement and anti-party activities leveled against them by four members of the Executives.
