Activities Resume at Pubs in Ilorin after Ramadan
In what appears as a short break to the past time, activities have resumed at beer parlours and related drinking joints within the Ilorin metropolis.
Findings by City Rove yesterday showed that fun lovers who had in the last 30 days or thereabout shunned the major drinking spots, have resumed their normal way of life.
At some of the major fun spots visited by City Rove in Ilorin, drinkers were seen having nice time with beers and other drinks.
Our correspondent, who visited All IS MONEY Beer Parlour behind the Kwara State Ministry of Works and Transport in Ilorin, reports that fun lovers were enjoying themselves with different types of drinks.
It was the same scenario at Ariya Garden, Kwara Hotel on Monday night as fun lovers shared the nice time with variety of beer and assorted meat and fish.
Equally, City Rove's visit to Tourist Kitchen along Ahmadu Bello way also showed a full house of fun seekers. While some were quietly dancing to the rhythm of highlife song emanating from the sound system, some were settling down to watch the European Premier League (football) game between Manchester United and Everton Football Clubs. It was also gathered that most of the fast food outfits within Ilorin recorded high patronage, as many people came out in large number to have fun, particularly in the spirit of Sallah break, which ended yesterday. Some of the fast food outfits visited including Chicken Chilli, Royals and Tantalizers, people were seen treating themselves to Ice Cream, Meat-Pie and Chicken among others.
