Moshood Mustapha wants Saraki for President
A member of the House of Representatives representing Ilorin West/Asa Federal Constituency in Kwara State, Mashood Mustapha, has called on former governor of the state, Bukola Saraki, to contest the 2015 presidential election.
Mustapha, who made the call in an interview with newsmen in Ilorin, said Saraki, with his antecedents as a two-term governor, former chairman of the Nigeria Governors' Forum and former presidential aide, was qualified for the office of the President.
Mustapha said Saraki, who at present represents Kwara Central at the Senate, has been outstanding at the Senate, which further proves his ability to lead the country effectively.
"Saraki's ability and with the records of his unprecedented achievements and transformation he brought to Kwara State, as well as his outstanding performances so far at the National Assembly are enough evidence of his ability to lead this country out of the woods."
"The progressive minds across the country should plead with this symbol of generational change, a performer par excellence, to come forward to lead our country to the next level," Mustapha said.
