ABS Shock Rangers in Ilorin
Enugu Rangers’ fortunes nose-dived further as they lost 2-1 away to ABS FC in an NPFL Week 14 game played in Ilorin.
Rangers started the game on a bright note and deservedly took an early lead through Chukwudi.
The visitors looked more comfortable as the hosts struggled to organise their game until Ajibola scored against the run of play to equalize for ABS and ensure the teams went into the break on level terms.
Abdullahi Ibrahim’s moment of brilliance in 73rd minute caught the Rangers defence off-guard to help the relegation battling ABS record an upsetting win against their more illustrious visitors.
