Barring any last-minute adjustments, the governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Kwara State, Engr. Sulaiman Bolakale Kawu, will next week formally present his official policy manifesto ahead of the 2027 general elections.

Scheduled for release on November 12, 2026, in Ilorin, the state capital, the campaign document is titled 'My Covenant with Kwara.'

The announcement was contained in a press statement released by the Director General of the Kwara PDP 2027 Campaign Organisation, Prince Omar Bolaji Gambari.

Prince Gambari disclosed that the launch event is expected to bring together a wide spectrum of socio-political, religious, and economic stakeholders from across the state's three senatorial districts.

Expected attendees include traditional and religious leaders, community development associations, youth and student groups, market leaders, transport unions, organized labor, academics, and business professionals.

According to the campaign council, the unveiling will serve as a platform for the PDP standard-bearer to detail his administration's vision, core policy objectives, and developmental programs for Kwara State.

The statement framed the manifesto as a formal commitment between the candidate and the citizenry, outlining strategic priorities for economic growth, infrastructure development, and public welfare if elected into office in 2027.

Prince Gambari called on invited delegates, party faithful, and members of the general public to attend the event, describing the unveiling as a pivotal milestone in the PDP's 2027 gubernatorial campaign strategy.
