A statement issued on behalf of Muhammad Dele Belgore SAN has dismissed as false a viral social media claim alleging that he, alongside other politicians, visited Bola Ahmed Tinubu in Lagos to declare support for a governorship aspirant from Kwara South.

In a disclaimer, signed by Aliyu Olatunji Ajanaku and made available to Just Event Online TV, described the report as "complete falsehood," clarifying that no such meeting took place.

According to the statement, the image being circulated alongside the claim is an old photograph taken during the COVID-19 period when some party members visited the President, adding that Belgore was not part of that delegation at the time.

The statement urged members of the public, particularly those within the All Progressives Congress (APC), to disregard the report, which it described as misleading and mischievous.

It further called on party faithful to remain focused on strengthening the APC's chances in future elections, emphasizing unity and collective effort toward achieving electoral success at all levels.
