Breaking News: Renowned Islamic Scholar and Former Dean, Professor Badmas Yusuf, Is Dead
A former Dean of the Postgraduate School, University of Ilorin, Professor Yusuf Lanre Badmas, has died.
ROYAL NEWS reports that the deceased served as the reviewer of the biography of the 12th Chief Imam of Ilorin and Chairman of Kwara State Council of Ulama, Shaykh (Dr) Muhammad Bashir Imam Solih OON, titled: The Spiritual Orator.
He also contributed immensely by writing the foreword for the 14-chapter book.
Although he was unable to attend the book launch, Professor Badmas was represented at the event by his son, an Associate Professor at the University of Ilorin.
