Governor AbdulRazaq Enhances Kwara Hospitals with New Medical Equipment

According to a news report from the Kwara State Government X handle, Kwara State Governor AbdulRazaq has procured ultrasound machines and electrophoresis machines for several state-owned hospitals.

These purchases were made following requests from the Chief Medical Directors of the hospitals after a comprehensive needs assessment conducted by the management of the Kwara State Hospitals Management Board (KWHMB).

The hospitals benefiting from this procurement include:

1. Ogidi: One ultrasound machine and its UPS
2. Sobi Specialist: Two ultrasound machines and two UPS
3. Children's Specialist: Four electrophoresis machines
4. Iloffa: Six mackintosh mattresses

These additions have expanded the range of services offered by the hospitals.

Dr. Abdulraheem Malik, Executive Secretary of KWHMB, expressed appreciation for the Governor's leadership and commitment to improving healthcare service delivery across the state.
