Vice Chancellor of Kwara State University, Professor Mohammed Mustapha Akanbi SAN, has congratulated Mr. Lateef Lawal of KWASU Registry on his appointment as the substantive Registrar of International Vocational Technical and Entrepreneurship Centre (IVTEC), Ajase Ipo, Kwara State.

Mr. Lawal, a pioneer staff of KWASU, was before his appointment, the Deputy Registrar in charge of the Vice Chancellor's office. He was also the pioneer secretary of the university's Post Graduate School and a former Chairman of the Price Intelligence Unit of the Institution.

The newly appointed Registrar of IVETEC is a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife and a member of several professional bodies and associations which include the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM) and the Association of Nigeria Universities Professional Administrators (ANUPA).

Professor Akanbi, in the congratulatory message, described the former Deputy Registrar as an astute and diligent administrator who has never been found wanting in the course of his duties. He wished him a successful tenure in office and prayed the Almighty to give him the wisdom, strength and resilience to excel in his new office.
