Nigeria Golf Federation (NGF) Junior Open champion, Chiemers Isife, after a scintillating performance at Tiger Open, is set for this weekend's Senators Cup Golf Tournament at Ilorin, Kwara State capital.

Isife told Sports Day on Thursday that he is living no stone unturned to replicate his feat at the Tiger Open to prove his present form is not a fluke.

Although, Isife who is also the Lagos International Junior Open champion has not played in Ilorin course, he said that he would prove himself.

According to him, "Moving from one tournament to another is not something easy, but I'm going to Ilorin to prove myself. I have not played at the Ilorin golf course before; I will have to train well before the event on Saturday to enable me over the difficulties of the course.

"One thing is certain at the moment; all eyes are on me because of my good performance so far in 2015. I have won all the junior championships I have attended this year in Lagos, Otukpo and some other clubs' championships like the Tiger Open I won in Ibadan over the weekend. So, it is going to be a big challenge for me."

The one-day tournament is slated for the Ilorin Golf Club with golfers expected from across the country to swing for honours.
