Yinka Aluko assures physically challenged better life in Kwara
Aluko stated this on Wednesday during his visit to the secretariat of the people living with disabilities in Ilorin the Kwara state capital. ?He also promised to facilitate the appointment of a Special Assistant from within the the members who shall be representing their interest in government.
According to him, "To be physically challenged does not translate to bad luck or wastage in the society. There are some of your members who are more dedicated, committed, and productive to nation-building. The incoming PDP government will ensure that your members are adequately and specially taken care of.
"You deserve to be carried along in the administration of the state because you are even better qualified mentally sound than some people holding ?political appointment. We are going to give you better placement for the growth and development of you people and the state at large."
The PDP chieftain however condemned the APC led government for subjecting the people of the state? to hardship and economic misfortune which has further affected the peaceful co-existence and growth of the state.
He however appealed to them to massively vote for PDP at all levels in order to realize the many promises and and desired achievements for the the association.
Earlier, the S?ecretary of the association, Mr. Felix Oyadirin, assured the PDP chieftain of the total readiness of the association towards the victory of the party adding that the association was founded in 2003 to find succour for members.
