Voters' registration resumes in Kwara
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has extended the voters' registration exercise in Kwara State.
The exercise started on Monday and it will last for a week in the 16 local government areas of the state, it was gathered.
Daily Trust further gathered that the extension was designed to capture prospective voters who could not be registered during the exercise in August.
The registration exercise in August was marred by faulty machines and other logistics challenges.
The situation prompted stakeholders to call for extension of the exercise.
