Kwara hails merger with APC
Members of the erstwhile new Peoples Democratic Party in Kwara State have hailed the merger of the party with the All Progressives Congress (APC).
They described it as a welcome development that will deepen the developmental process in the state.
A statement issued by the secretary of the party, Prince Yemi Afolayan, said the merger of the two parties will ensure an all inclusive administration in the state that will consolidate the current transformation and deliver more dividends of democracy.
He stressed that the merger of the two parties was a manifestation of like minds coming together for the good of all, without any biases whatsoever.
