Opinion:Kwara, pay students' bursaries by Oyinloye Toheeb

Date: 2013-08-28

Permit me to use this medium to express the dissatisfaction of students from Kwara State with inability of the governor to pay our bursaries for the past two sessions. If truly the government of Kwara State is not corrupt this is simply our right. A promise is a debt. Oyinloye Toheeb, Tanke, Ilorin, Kwara State, +23481635927.
