KWASU VC Celebrates Ilorin Emir's 85th Birthday, Hails His Leadership Legacy
Professor Shaykh-Luqman Alade Jimoh, Vice-Chancellor of Kwara State University (KWASU), has extended warm congratulations to His Royal Highness the Emir of Ilorin, Mai Martaba Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, CFR, on his 85th birthday.
In his message, Professor Jimoh highlighted the Emir's leadership, noting that his reign has brought significant growth, peace, and stability to Ilorin and Kwara State. He particularly praised the Emir's role as Chairman of the State Traditional Council, stating that his contributions have established a strong foundation for effective traditional governance in the state and across Nigeria.
Professor Jimoh added that the entire Kwara State University, KWASU community, rejoiced with all well-meaning Kwarans and Nigerians on this iconic day, which marks the birthdate of a champion of peace and development.
He wished the Emir of Ilorin, on behalf of Council, Management, staff, and students, a joyous 85th birthday, praying Allah to grant him more years in good health to continue to add value to humanity.
