Kwara State Governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, has extended his warmest congratulations to Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) and legal luminary AbdulHakeem Uthman Mustapha, SAN, on his 60th birthday, celebrated today, Tuesday, February 28, 2025.

The governor joined Mustapha's family, friends, colleagues, and representatives from the legal and sports communities in marking the milestone. In his message, Governor AbdulRazaq praised Mustapha as a “distinguished gentleman” and a “great pillar of sports, youth, and community development,” highlighting his enduring contributions to these sectors.

AbdulRazaq also acknowledged Mustapha's influence as a respected legal figure and his dedication to fostering growth and unity in Kwara State.
