Kwara Polytechnic Unbundles HND Mass Communication and Computer Science
As reported by Daily Post, the management of Kwara State Polytechnic has announced the unbundling of the Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes in Mass Communication and Computer Science, which were previously offered as combined courses in polytechnics and monotechnics nationwide.

Rector Abdul Jimoh Mohammed stated that the unbundling will help meet the growing demands of the global information, communication, and technology industries while producing diplomats with specialized knowledge and skills in areas of national needs.

Abdul disclosed that with the development, Mass Communication and Computer Science as a programme ceased to exist at the Higher National Diploma ((HND) level.
In a related development, the Rector has approved the appointment of new heads for the new programmes that will spring up from Mass Communication and Computer Science.
