Youth Minister Condoles with Kwara Over Ex-Deputy Governor 's Demise
Minister of Youth Development, Dr. Jamila Bio Ibrahim, Tuesday, expressed heartfelt condolence to family, friends, and associates of the former Kwara state deputy governor, Elder Peter Kisira.
Bio pointed out that Elder Kisira's contributions to the development and progress of Kwara state were indelible.
She said his exemplary leadership and commitment to service had left enduring legacy that would continue to inspire future generations.
She stated that during his tenure as deputy governor of the state, he demonstrated profound understanding of the challenges facing young people and worked to create opportunities for their growth and development.
“His passion for youth empowerment and advocacy for their inclusion in decision-making will be remembered with gratitude.
“In this time of grief, let it be acknowledged that Elder Kisira lived a remarkable life and profoundly impacted society.
“May his soul rest in eternal peace, and may his family find strength and comfort in the memories they shared with him.
“As the nation mourns his passing, let us also honour his memory by continuing the work he started,” she stated.
