1 Killed, 6 Injured As Crane Falls On Tricycle, Pedestrian In Kwara

One person was killed and six others injured when a crane fell off a truck on Monday around 7pm on Asa Dam Road in Ilorin, Kwara State.

Speaking with City & Crime on Tuesday, the Sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Mr Frederick Ade Ogidan, said, “The incident was as a result of speed violation by the yellow and black truck carrying a crane which fell on pedestrians and a commercial tricycle.

“One person (male) died in the accident while six others were injured, comprising five males and three females.”
