BAL 2023: Kwara Falcons Suffers 5th Defeat
The poor run of Nigeria's representative, Kwara Falcons, in the ongoing Southern Conference of the 2023 African Basketball League on Monday suffered another defeat, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
The Kwara-based club started the game with a defeat to Rwanda Energy Group (REG) of Rwanda before suffering consecutive defeats to Stade Malien, US Monastir and AS Douanes.
ABC won the first and second quarters 19-23 and 33-41 before losing the final two sets 54-61 and 76-79.
With the result, it means ABC fighters have booked their place in the playoffs slated for the BK Arena In Kigali, Rwanda while Kwara Falcons have crashed out after becoming the whipping boys of the conference.
