Meanwhile, the State House of Assembly, urged the State Health Insurance Agency, to facilitate registration of enrollees across the 193 wards in the state to increase peoples' access to qualitative healthcare delivery.

This is part of the resolutions of the House, following a Matter of General Public Importance, raised by member representing Oke-Ero Constituency. Hon. Victoria Bunmi Afolayan.

The Deputy Speaker, while reading the resolutions of the House, enjoined the agency to place jingles in the media and embark on advocacy across the state to sensitise people to register for the scheme.

The House also commended the state Governor, Alhaji AbdulFatah Ahmed for the State Health Insurance Scheme Law and for constituting its Board and Agency.

It equally eulogised the agency on the technical assignment carried out to fast track the take off of the operation of the agency in the state.
