A celebrated businessman and Odenigbo Ukpor of Anambra State, Chief Tony Ezeani has called on the Federal Government , concerned leaders and security operatives to put in more efforts to restore peace in the country.

Similarly , he enjoined the government to be more proactive at improving the economy and the business environment by making business thrive so as to reduce the hardship the masses are presently undergoing .

Chief Tony expressed these views in Ilorin , the Kwara state capital when he paid a condolence visit to Alhaji Abubakar Kawu Baraje at his GRA residence over the death of his mother , Alhaja Aishat Abake Omo Agba Baraje.

The business magnate observed that when the issue of insecurity and other challenges are well addressed , foreign investors and even the Nigerian entrepreneurs would boost the nation's economy thereby reducing the rate of unemployment particularly among the youths.

He recalled that the tenure of Alhaji Baraje as former Secretary of PDP and later as acting chairman of the party was an historic and eventful one as he contributed actively, proactively and immensely to the development of the party and the country at large.

Chief Tony described the late mother of Alhaji Baraje as a kind hearted and religious mother who took care of everybody without discrimination and prayed God to forgive her of all her sins.

Responding , Alhaji Baraje thanked Chief Tony on his condolence visit and described him as a detribalized Nigerian who has contributed immensely to the transport sector and the economy of the county. In a elated development, the Chairman of the R-APC , Alhaji Buba Galadima who was represented by Alhaji Adeleke Taofeek, condoled Alhaji Baraje over the death of his mother and prayed Allah to grant her Aljanah Firdous .
