Khalifa Busari Mukhtar Isalekoto is Dead

Muslims in the Country have been reminded of the need to always prepare for death as the end of every living soul. The Chief Imam of Ilorin, Alhaji Mohammed Bashir Solihu said this today at the burial rites of Khalifa Busari Mukhtar Isalekoto.

Alhaji Solihu said human being were indebted to death which they must prepare for as it would come unannounced.

The Chief Imam enjoined Muslims to strive to do good deeds as they would be accountable in the hereafter.

Sheikh Busari Mukhtar died yesterday at the age of ninety-two and he has been buried according to Islamic rites.

He is survived by children and grandchildren, among whom are a Lagos Based Islamic Scholar, Sheikh Hamid Mukhtar Isalekoto and a popular Islamic presenter, Uztaz Lukman Isalekoto.
