Secondary School Want Exchange Program Stopped

The Old Boys Association of Government Secondary School (GSS) Ilorin, Kwara State, has called for an end to students exchange program with the school. The exchange program was meant to promote unity among the northern states.

National president of the association, Engr. Olanrewaju Sagaya, said "the exchange program remains a major headache for the association as well as the school authority as the students of the program have become a major threat to the school.

The students have constituted themselves into a menace; they have lowered the standard of the school because many of them did not pass entrance examination. They were brought in on quota basis.
