Indiscriminate pasting of bills has become something rampant and embarrassing in our society today. Currently the number of posters on the post office bridge in Kwara State is enough to win a governorship election. The beauty in these infrastructure is gradually sagging away and it seems as if the government is lenient in enforcing laws against this act.
