Man hacked to death over argument in Ilorin
The Alawonla community, Okelele area in Ilorin East local government area of Kwara State over the weekend was thrown into confusion when one Suleiman Azeez allegedly hacked his neighbour, Safiu Ibrahim to death.
It was learnt that the incident happened at about 1pm on Sunday.
Report says Azeez stabbed the deceased after an argument ensued between them.
According to a source who spoke on the ground of anonymity, there was a heated argument between the two, and in the process, Azeez allegedly rushed into his room and from where he took a weapon with which he used in clubbing the deceased to death.
An eyewitness disclosed that the victim was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
