Court remands 3 over homicide
A Chief Magistrate's Court in Ilorin, Kwara State, has remanded Ibrahim Adamu, Ado Magaji and Shagari Shehu, for allegedly killing one Sarkin Fulani Nadoka.
It was gathered that on December 16, 2014, Sarkin Fulani Nadoka of Ojokwu village was ambushed and killed.
The prosecution said "Investigation conducted by SARS Ilorin revealed that Ibrahim Adamu, Ado Magaji and Shagari Shehu, all of Fulani camp conspired together, macheted and shot the deceased, then left him in a pool of his blood".
Magistrate I.J. Bamigboye ordered their remand at Federal Prison Yard Oke- Kura, Ilorin and adjourned the case to March 28.
