Emir of Ilorin turbans new Baba Isale, sues for peaceful co-existence.
The monarch made the call yesterday in his palace while turbaning Alhaji Umar Bello as the 18th Baba Isale of Ilorin as well as Sarkin Fawa and Magaji Aje.
Sulu-Gambari who described peace as cornerstone for development charged Community Leaders to be alive to their responsibilities by ensuring peace, unity and love always reign supreme in their areas.
The monarch noted that there could not be meaningful development in an atmosphere of chaos and acrimony and advised the new Baba Isale of Ilorin to ensure fairness to all.
In his remark the newly turbaned Baba lsale of Ilorin, Alhaji Umar Bello thanked the Emir for his appointment and pledged to live up to expectation in the discharge of his responsibilities.
