Abdulrazaq Hails NANS for suspending June 12 protest, Says bursary process underway
He said the decision of the students was laudable as it has taken the sail off the winds of any fifth columnists who may want to hijack the peaceful protest for their own agenda.
AbdulRazaq made the commendation when he received a delegation of the state chapter of the students’ body who presented an award to the Governor in honour of his commitments to public good and human capital and infrastructural development.
The Governor also said the process of awarding bursary for the students will begin shortly.
The students were led by their incumbent chairman Saleeman Yusuf Issa and his predecessor Salami Wasiu.
