Late Kwara CP for Burial as Investigation Continues

Date: 2013-04-08

Despite non-conclusion of investigations into the perceived murder of Commissioner of Police, Kwara State Command, Chinwike Asadu, LEADERSHIP gathered from a reliable source that the remains of the late police chief would be interred anytime this week.

It was gathered that pressure from Asadu’s family might have informed the decision to bury him.

But when contacted, the Public Relations Officer of the Enugu Police Command in Enugu stat, Ebere Amaraizu confirmed that Asadu would be buried this month.

He, however, stated that investigation into the matter would continue.

Amaraizu disclosed that the command had collected materials that would assist it in its investigation and restated that investigations into the matter would continue.
