The Kwara State Chapter of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) has extended its congratulations to the illustrious Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji (Dr.) Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, CFR, on the momentous occasion of his 30-year coronation anniversary.

In a joint statement signed by the Chairman, Mr. Gabriel Ogunade, and the Secretary, Mr. AbdulRahman Sanni, the chapter described the 30-year reign of the Monarch as a remarkable milestone and a testament to his unwavering dedication to the people of Ilorin Emirate and Kwara State. It also lauded the celebration of his enduring legacy of peace, progress, and prosperity.

The statement read: "Under his visionary leadership, Ilorin Emirate has undergone a breathtaking transformation, blossoming into a thriving cosmopolitan city that is a beacon of hope and inspiration to many." The NIPR noted that the Emir's fatherly guidance has fostered an environment of harmony and communal understanding, paving the way for unprecedented growth and development.

Staggering Statistics Highlighted

The NIPR emphasized the educational growth during his reign: "The statistics are staggering. From a single university to six, Ilorin has become a hub of academic excellence, producing nearly 200 Professors and a remarkable number of Senior Advocates of Nigeria (SANs)."

NIPR added that, "The Emirate's intellectual capital has never been stronger, and its economic footprint has expanded exponentially. ? ?
