OFFA CHT Acting Provost Ibrahim Extends Sympathies to Bereaved Offa Royal Family
The Acting Provost of Kwara State College of Health Technology, Offa, Mallam Jimoh Ibrahim, has extended heartfelt condolences to His Royal Majesty, Oba Mufutau Gbadamosi Esuwoye II, the Olofa of Offa, following the passing of his mother, Alhaja Hawawu Awele Gbadamosi.
In a statement, the College's administrator assured the monarch and the Ibolo Kingdom community that the institution's management, staff, and students stand in solidarity with them during this period of grief. “However old our parents may be, we never wish for their departure. Yet, this heavenly call is irreversible—it is the will of Almighty Allah, and we must accept it with grace,” the Provost remarked.
He added: “The privilege of a devoted mother is boundless. Kabiyesi Oba Muhammad Mufutau Gbadamosi Esuwoye II can take solace in Alhaja Awele Gbadamosi's fulfilled life, witnessing her children's success and leaving behind a legacy of joy.”
“Our hearts and prayers are with Kabiyesi Oba Muhammad Mufutau Gbadamosi Esuwoye II at this auspicious moment”.
The Provost conveys the heartfelt sympathy of the Governing council members of the college and the entire college community to Kabiyesi Oba Muhammad Mufutau Gbadamosi Esuwoye II at this inevitable incident.
“We pray that Almighty Allah will make Al-jannah fridaous her permanent place of abode and light up her grave”.
The King`s mother died today, April 5th, 2025 at the age of 94 years, according to Olofa Palace source.
