SSA to Kwara State Governor on SDGs Honored for her Outstanding Support to NAKSS HQ

The Senior Special Assistant to the Kwara State Governor on Sustainable Devexlopment Goals (SDGs) Hon. Mariam Nnafatima Imam PhD has been honored with a prestigious award in recognition of her unwavering support and commitment to the National Association of Kwara State Students (NAKSS) Headquarters.

The award was presented by the outgoing Vice President on Special Duty of NAKSS HQ Comrade Abdullahi Ummul-Khary Orire, a token of appreciation for the significant role the SSA played in supporting the association during her tenure as the Vice President on Special Duty. Notably, her office played a pivotal role in organizing and facilitating the successful STEM CONFERENCE 1.0, a groundbreaking initiative aimed at promoting Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education among students.

While receiving the award, the SSA expressed gratitude to NAKSS HQ for the recognition and reaffirmed her dedication to advancing sustainable development goals in Kwara State, particularly in the area of quality education and youth empowerment. She emphasized the importance of STEM education in fostering innovation and equipping young minds with the skills necessary to compete in the global economy.

Kwara State Government, under the visionary leadership of H.E AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq CON, remains committed to supporting initiatives that align with the SDGs and will continue to work with organizations like NAKSS to driving meaningful impact across the state.
