Prof. Binta Sulyman Takes Leadership Role at KWASU's Osi Campus
The Kwara State University, Malete has appointed Professor Binta Ajibola Sulyman as the new Dean of the Faculty of Environmental Sciences and Head of the university's Osi campus.
The appointment, which takes effect from October 21, 2024, was confirmed through a letter signed by the university's Registrar, Dr. Kikelomo W. Sallee.
The decision was made in recognition of Professor Sulyman's exceptional leadership qualities and extensive experience, further cementing her role within the institution.
Professor Binta Sulyman was until this appointment, the Head of Department of Fine and Applied Arts and Director of the Centre for Archives and Documentation.
Checks revealed that the varsity don is a professor in the Department of Fine and Applied Arts with specialisation in Art Education & Visual and Creative Arts.
She joined the service of Kwara State University in 2012 and rose to the rank of Professor in 2019.
