Nigeria Premier League (NPL) club, ABS FC, are currently in the transfer market to sign three players to replace three key men who left the team in the off-season.

The trio of Bright Esieme, Andrew Abalogu and Hassan Yau have left the Saraki Boys for rival Premier League teams ahead of the 2012/13 season.

Yau has teamed up with Federation Cup champions, Heartland while the duo of Esieme and Abalogu joined their hometown team, Enyimba.

ABS general manager, Alloy Chukwuemeka, told supersport.com that the team's head coach, Kabir Dogo has been directed to "shop for their replacements."

"Andrew Abalogu, Bright Esieme and Hassan Yau are on the verge of leaving for other clubs, so coach Kabir Dogo has been mandated to shop for their replacements which he is expected to submit before January 25," the ABS official informed.

The modest Premier League outfit are also expected to bring in players from the Kwara Football Academy (KFA) with whom they have a memorandum of understanding.

ABS already have six players from the academy in their squad for the new season.

"Yes we have an understanding with KFA to give us their best 10 players which we will register as back-up for the 25-man team.

"We have about six of them in the 25-man squad. Ibrahim Abdullahi Idiamin, Stone Evbuomwan, Chinedu Ajannah, Ichull Lordson, Wasiu Ibrahim and Under-20 national team goalkeeper, Usman Jonah," disclosed Chukwuemeka.
