Kwara State Assembly Introduces Bill for Kwara State University Teaching Hospital; Passes First Reading
According to a report from Kwara State Government Facebook Page, a significant step towards establishing the Kwara State University Teaching Hospital has been taken as a bill for its formation successfully passed its First Reading in the State House of Assembly.
The bill, presented by Hon. Magaji Oba Abdulkadir (Ilorin Central) and seconded by Hon. Owolabi Olatunde Rasak (Share/Okeode), aims to provide advanced medical training facilities and healthcare services in line with international standards.
Following the First Reading, the bill has been forwarded to the Business and Rules committee for further consideration, indicating progress towards enhancing healthcare infrastructure in Kwara State.
