Onimago, who expressed his satisfaction with the level of development at the site, called on the contractor handling the project to expedite action in order to meet the September target for the completion of the project.
"The contractor has commenced a very good job, some of their engineers are on ground. The surveyors are already working on the map out of the site. I also learnt that some of those who would assist to put the centre into an international standard are already in the country", Onimago said.
The commissioner, who noted that the centre if completed will be the first of its kind in Africa, said that the centre will train youths in different vocations and help to reduce the problems of youth unemployment in the country, particularly in Kwara State.
