Kwara State Universal Basic Education Board (KWSUBEB) announces her online collection of application forms for admission into UBEC Model Smart School Adeta, IIorin Kwara State, commenced today Monday 14th of August, 2023 till Monday 21st of August, 2023.

The lists of candidate qualified to sit for examinations would be pasted at the gate of UBEC Model SMART School Adeta, Behind Government High School Adeta Ilorin, for notification on Tuesday 22nd of August, 2023.

Entrance exams will come up on Thursday, 24th of August, 2023 at the school premises, starting at 9am and candidates are expected to come with the following items:
Writing materials

Photocopy of printed admission form.
For JSS1, state entrance exams card is required (I.e Pink, blue or green card).
Promotion exams report card is required for JSS 2, Primary 1, 2, 3, 4, and Pre-prinary class ECCDE ( ECCDE if available)

c. .Fill the form appropriately
d. .Click on submit
e. .It displays a printout page
f. .Click on print to print the page.
6. Successful candidates are expected to resume for 2023/2024 academic session on Monday 18th September, 2023.
