Two police officers identified as ASP Samuel Acheje and SP Bamidele of F Division, Tanke, Ilorin, Kwara State, have been accused of masterminding the beating of a commercial motorcyclist over his refusal to bribe them during a routine operation.

The incident, it was learnt, led to a clash between commercial motorcycle operators, popularly called Okada riders, and the police in Tanke.
