Kwara Gov mourns Sheikh Ali Oladoja
Sheikh Oladoja was until his death the chairman and founder of 'Ilimu li Akiko', an Islamic organisation with branches in Nigeria and beyond.
“I join the rest of the Muslim community to mourn the late scholar who was reputed for his discipline, humility, philanthropy, and peaceful dispositions. His love and support for everyone, irrespective of creed, stood him out. He was known for preaching and practicing hard work, self-reliance, and personal discipline. He will be sorely missed,” the Governor said in a statement.
“I commiserate with his immediate family, his congregants at home and abroad, and the entire Muslim community. I pray Allah to forgive his shortcomings and grant him Al-Jannah Firdaus.”
