Kwara Governor praises President Buhari over Legislature, Judiciary autonomy

The Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has applauded President Muhammadu Buhari for granting the state legislature and judiciary autonomy.

The Governor said that the development would relieve states of huge burden.

AbdulRazaq spoke in Ilorin, the state capital during a media parley to mark the first anniversary of his administration.

The Governor who used the forum to showcase the modest achievements of his administration in the past one year told the people of the state that he would not share money to them as was the practice in the past.

Instead, the Governor said his administration would spread development to all the nooks and crannies of the state.

AbdulRazaq claimed that it was the past administration's penchant for sharing money that put them into trouble and their consequent failure in the last year's general elections.
